Thriller - For the Love of the Horse       Thriller - Sidelines

In March 2012 Thriller was retired and returned to his first home, Fox Run Farm.  This wonderful pony was a rescue from the stockyards in 2000.  He was very ill, injured and starved when we first met him, but we knew from the first moment that he was a very special pony.  My daughter worked with him diligently to bring him along slowly and carefully.  Under her guidance he won his first championships.  He is literally a rags to riches story.  We are so proud and happy that we have shared a part of this amazing pony’s story.

Thriller has been the subject of several articles as well as a chapter in the book, “For the Love of the Horse” by Ann Jamieson. Read an excerpt from her book. Thriller PDF

Thank you Heather and Chris, for believing in Thriller’s abilities and Heather for making them a reality.  Thank you to all three of my children for riding the many hundreds of rescued ponies and helping develop them into usable animals that people could appreciate and love.

Thank you to both Mara Kranz and Jessica Rubin for all the love they gave to Thriller.  Thank you Jessica, for allowing him to return to his first home, Fox Run Farm, for retirement.
